An amazing sandwich with slow cooked turkey breast & special sauce served on your choice of special bakery bread!

Turkey Bacon Avocado Sandwich Ingredients:
1 uncooked fresh turkey breast, our was marinated in herbs which was really delicious (we bought ours at Costco for $11 and it was huge, you can also get the Jennie-O uncooked breast from Walmart for about $8)
Special Bread of your choice (Focaccia bread is preferred, but we used Torta today)
organic chicken stock
bacon, cooked
tomatoes
avocados
lettuce
provolone cheese
red onion
salt & pepper to taste
Kneaders Sauce Ingredients:
(adjust the recipe to make more or less depending on how many sandwiches you are making and just whip together all ingredients below to make your sauce)
1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream sour cream
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
