A tasty and spicy turkey sausage. Perfect for breakfast or a quick dinner.

1 pound of ground skinless turkey breast
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1 1/4 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1 1/4 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
In a large bowl, combine the turkey and the spices. Mix really well.
Add the broth and stir. Let sit for 15 minutes.
Form into patties.
