A pretty close copycat to the real thing, and pretty easy. Even easier would be to sub out the crust for graham crackers. I hear it's pretty good too. Perfect for a party dessert!

1 cup salted butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2-1/2 cups caramel, cut into small chunks {i used 2 16 oz kraft caramels}
3 Tbsp. heavy cream
3 cups chocolate chips {i used 1/2 semi-sweet 1/2 milk chocolate}
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2-1/2 cups caramel, cut into small chunks {i used 2 16 oz kraft caramels}
3 Tbsp. heavy cream
3 cups chocolate chips {i used 1/2 semi-sweet 1/2 milk chocolate}
