Unrolled Cabbage Rolls

An easier way to prepare and eat traditional cabbage rolls

1 small head of cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. lemon juice (more or less depending on your tast)
1 tsp. salt
1. Chop cabbage into medium size pieces and place in pot. Cover with water and boil under tender. 2. While cabbage is boiling, brown ground beef on stove. 3. Drain water from cabbage and add return to pot. Add cooked ground beef, lemon and salt. Stir well. **Serve with a side of rice or stir cooked rice directly into mixture.
