Growing up, our mom always made Valentine\\\'s Day so special. She would buy us our own mini box of chocolates, with a glass bottle of cream soda and these cute Valentine Cookie Pops! It is still something I look forward to every year when I go home around Valentine’s day. Such a fun tradition to pass onto the kids, and they seriously take minutes to make!

1 package double stuffed Oreo\'s
2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips ( melted you could also use pink dipping chips for pink pops )
Sprinkles or candy of choice

Place dipping sticks into the center of the Oreo about a half an inch up. Dip the Oreo pops into the melted white chocolate and place on a sheet covered by wax paper. Decorate with sprinkles or candy before...
