Valentine Peanut Butter Cookies w/ Chocolate Love

A soft and chewy peanut butter cookie with a chocolate heart nestled in the middle. Yum. The cookie is soft, rather than the hard crunchy cookies I normally associate w/ peanut butter cookies, making them a bit more pleasing!

1 stick butter, softened
1/2 C brown sugar (dark)
1/4 C sugar
1 egg
3/4 C peanut butter (creamy)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 C flour
24 heart shaped chocolates (I used Dove 1/2 dark chocolate and 1/2 milk chocolate)

In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, cream together butter and sugars. Mix in peanut butter, then egg and then the vanilla. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients. Chill dough for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to...
