This veg schezwan fried rice is a spicy and tasty Indo-Chinese dish. Crunchy stir-fried veggies paired with spicy sauce give a nice hot and smoky flavor to this rice.

• Cooked Basmati Rice Or Any Other Long Grain Rice – 2 Cups
• Finely Chopped Veggies: 2 Cups (I Added Carrots, French Beans, Bell Peppers, Cabbage, And Mushrooms)
• Spring Onions, Sliced – 1/2 Cup
• Garlic,crushed – 1 Tbsp
• Ginger, Finely Chopped – 1/2 Tbsp
• Schezwan Sauce – 1 Tbsp Or As Per Taste
• Ground Black Pepper – 1 Tsp
• Tomato Ketchup – 1 Tbsp
• Vinegar – 1/2 Tbsp (I Used Rice Vinegar)
• Sesame Oil Or Olive Oil – 2 Tbsp
• Salt To Taste
• Diagonally Sliced Spring Onion Greens – 1/4 Cup + More For Garnish
• Soya Sauce – 1 Tsp
• Sesame Seeds for Garnish
