These amazing Vegan Chocolate Almond Energy Balls are perfect as a post workout snack, they have rich chocolate flavor, and are super easy to make.

75 g almond flour
60 g ground rolled oats
2 1/2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
60 g almond butter
65 g coconut syrup (or other liquid sweetener)
30 g chopped pistachios
  • Add all dry ingredients (except pistachios) into food processor and process until evenly combined.
