3-4 carrots
1 apple
3-4 scallions
1/2 to 1 cup almonds
Dressing:
1/2-3/4 cup coconut milk
approx. 1 TBSP lemon juice
dash of salt and pepper to taste

approx. 1 TBSP olive oil
