For the ‘crispy duck’:
6 heaped tablespoons coconut flakes (or sub flaked almonds)
1 teaspoon soy sauce (or tamari if gluten-free)
1 teaspoon agave syrup (or sub any other sweetener)
Ground black pepper, to taste

For the plum sauce:
2 plums, peeled and de-stoned

Cucumber, sliced into thin strips
