1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
1 3/4 cups tVP
2 cups low sodium vegetable broth
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tbsp tomato paste
3 tbsp tamari
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 white onion
3 garlic cloves minced
1 spice mixture
