Veggie and cheese mini naans recipe which is also perfect for kid's tiffin box as well as for your easy snacks recipe. This naan recipe is made from stuffed veggies and cheese, this vegetable cheese naan is crispy on the outside and soft from inside. Kissan Tomato ketchup adds the rich taste to the naan and makes more authentic naan bread recipe which will be more appealing to your kids.
INGREDIENTS:
½ cup Whole wheat flour
½ cup Soy flour
1 cup Finely chopped cauliflower
1 (½ tablespoons) Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
1 tablespoon White sesame seeds
(2 pieces) Grated cheese ( cubes )
½ teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Water to make the dough Ghee
to taste Salt
