Veggie & Hummus Wrap

2 medium whole wheat tortilla
4 tablespoons hummus (I used roasted red pepper hummus)
2 handfuls (about 3 cups) fresh spinach
1 cup chopped cucumber or 1 baby English cucumber, sliced
4-5 tablespoons chopped roasted red pepper
4 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
2 tablespoon vinegar and oil salad dressing
