1 cup Pure Maple Syrup
1 cup Ice Cold Water
19-21 milliliters Sausage Casings
Sausage Seasoning Mix:
3 tbsp Kosher Salt
3 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
3 tbsp Ground Sage
3 tbsp Paprika
2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Ground Coriander
