Vermont White Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese

You've never had Macaroni & Cheese until you've had THIS macaroni and cheese. I can pretty much guarantee that it's the best you'll ever have!

16 oz macaroni pasta
4 tbsp butter
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups milk
8 oz extra sharp white Vermont cheddar, shredded
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/8 tsp cayenne (or a dash more)
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain then return to pan. In a separate sauce pan, melt the butter over medium heat and gradually whisk in the flour; cook for a few minutes, whisking constantly....
