Home made wedges cooked in the air fryer. It can baked in the oven for roughly 45 minutes at 180. It's a bit of trial and error depending on your preferences and taste, it's best to check at 10- minute intervals.
1 or 4 depending on your appetite
Salt ( To taste )
Pepper ( To taste )
Onion powder 1/2 teaspoon
teaspoon Garlic powder ( 1/2 teaspoon or to taste )
teaspoons Sweet paprika ( 2 teaspoons or to taste )
tablespoon Olive oil ( 1 tablespoon )

Cut and peel 4 potatoes into wedges, I use red potatoes.
Place in a bowl, add olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika and toss.
