2 tablespoon granulated sugar
3 bay leaves
3 whole allspice
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
