These deliciously moist muffins have become a staple in my house. As soon as we run out my husband asks for more!

3 Large Ripe Bananas
3 Eggs
1Tbsp. Vanilla
1Tbsp. Raw Honey
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1 cup Oat Flour
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
3 Eggs
1Tbsp. Vanilla
1Tbsp. Raw Honey
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1 cup Oat Flour
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
Place bananas, vanilla, eggs, honey and coconut oil in blender and blend until combined. Pulse in almond flours, oat flour and baking soda until combined. Pour batter into lightly grease muffins tin or line with parchment muffin liners to keep from sticking. I use silicone liners as these work great. No need to grease the liners. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Absolutely love these with my morning coffee!
