Whipped Pumpkin Cinnamon
Cinnamon, honey, and pumpkin puree are whipped into softened butter until fluffy and light and so delicious. Easiest recipe to make any dinner a bit more festive and takes about five minutes to make.
2 sticks butter, softened
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
6 tablespoon pumpkin puree
4 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
6 tablespoon pumpkin puree
4 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat the butter with an electric mixer until smooth
Add the cinnamon and 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree every 30 seconds
Add the honey, vanilla and beat until thick and fluffy, about 2 minutes
Keep refrigerated...
