Whipped Rutabagas

Boiled rutabagas whip up nicely, because of their high fiber, starch content (which makes them great for soups). And with their rich earthy flavor, accented by nutmeg, whipped rutabagas are a wonderful fall and winter vegetable.
1 large rutabaga, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
4-6 tablespoons unsalted butter
