White Chocolate and Toffee Snickerdoodle Blondies

These are the softest, tastiest blondies I have ever made. The white chocolate chips and toffee bits lend so much flavor and the banana keeps them super moist. These are great to bring to parties and get togethers when you're asked to bring dessert. I promise you will not have any leftovers!

2 2/3 white whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 cups dark brown sugar
1 cup mashed ripe banana
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
1 cup white chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli)
2/3 cup toffee bits (I used Heath Bits o’ Brickle baking bits)
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
