White Chocolate Candy Cane Fudge

Creamy white chocolate fudge made with marshmallow cream and topped with candy cane pieces.

2 cups Sugar
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 8 oz jar marshmallow cream
1 tsp clear vanilla extract
4 full size candy canes
