Fudge brownies topped with a white chocolate mousse and peanut butter cups is the way to go for dessert every time.

1 box brownie mix (9x13 size)
1 box instant white chocolate pudding mix (3.5 oz)
1 cup milk
1 cup Cool Whip
2 cups chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
