1 large sweet onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped into bite site pieces
1/2 cup dry, white wine
3 tbsp. dijon mustard
1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 tbsp. fresh spicy oregano, chopped
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
