Winter Japanese Recipes -Nabe (Japanese hot pot)

In winter we make nabe very often in Japan. Nabe means a pot and it is similar to hot pot. We make in the big pot and share with family or friends. I had many "nabe parties" back in college!

1 pound nappa
1 pound sliced pork
2 carrot
1 dash ginger
2 tbsp sake
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups water
