4-5 bok choy
1 tablespoon green onions chopped
6 fresh shiitake mushrooms chopped
1 inch root ginger mashed (around 2 teaspoon)
2 eggs
1 pound ground pork with some fat
½ teaspoon black pepper powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon chicken essence
chopped spring onion
1 teaspoon salt
