Yummy Honey Whole Wheat Bread

Super soft whole wheat bread that you got to try

6 c. warm water
3 tsp Salt
1/4 c. Lecithin
1 c. honey
2 T. Dough enhancer
2T. Yeast
1 T. Gluten
14-16 c. Wheat Flour
2 T. Powder Milk
Pour water in mixer. Add Salt, Lecithin and honey. Add flour, dough enhancer, yeast and powdered milk. Knead for 10 minutes. Spray 5 Loaf Pans. Bake @ 325-350 for 30-35 minutes on middle shelf until golden brown.
