Change up your usual pasta dish with this yummy lasagna roll up recipe!

14 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
8 uncooked lasagna noodles
3/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 large egg white
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
4 tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh basil 1 cup marinara sauce (I just bought a jar of it at the store but you could make your own)
Black pepper
Italian seasoning
8 uncooked lasagna noodles
3/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 large egg white
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
