One of my favorite cookies is the tasty snickerdoodle, so it's a dream come true to wake up to a stack of these mouth-watering flapjacks.

1/2 cup oats
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 egg white
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon Stevia
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
whipped topping and additional ground cinnamon for serving
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 egg white
1/4 cup milk
