Yummy Yorkshire Puddings!
136
Who ever said Yorkshire Pudding was hard to make? My 12 year old step-daughter and I have perfected Nana's old recipe, and make these babies for our Sunday night family dinners. The recipe makes a dozen, but you can easily double the batch, as they don't last long.
6
1 Cup flour
1 Cup milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 Cup milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Butter a 12 muffin tin. Use BUTTER...nothing but! Refrigerate tin for at least 30 mins. Have all other ingredients at room temperature and mix together. Don't overmix. Fill cold muffin tin half full.
Bake 30 mins or slightly less. Do NOT open the oven during baking.
Pop out of tins and serve immediately. Delicious topped with gravy!
