Zatarain's Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

This is my sister's version of creamy delicious fettucine Alfredo with blackened chicken breast that is sure to please and satisfy everyone's taste buds!

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts flattened
Zatarains blackening seasoning
olive oil
3TB. minced garlic
1/4 c white wine
3c heavy cream
3/4 c grated parmesan
1lb cooked fettucine noodles
1/2 c sliced green onions
salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil in pan on med/high; Sprinkle chicken on both sides w/ seasoning and brown on both sides, take chicken out of pan and put in garlic and saute with wine; and then heavy cream and simmer for 10 min;...
