Fried Eggs with Mushrooms, Smoked Sausages and Cheese

One of the most popular breakfasts is scrambled eggs. It is tasty, healthy and quick. To diversify the daily diet, I suggest cooking scrambled eggs with mushrooms, smoked-flavored sausages and hard cheese. The recipe is simple, but very tasty. If desired, sausages can be replaced with boiled or smoked chicken fillet, minced meat or ham.

4 pieces Egg
3 pieces Champignon
2 pieces Smoked sausage
75 g. Cheese
2-3 cloves Garlic
1 pieces Tomato
1-2 tsp. Chili sauce
50 ml. Olive oil
to taste Dill
to taste Salt

Wash and clean fresh champignons. Cut the mushrooms half, cut them slices with a thickness of 2-3 mm. Peel garlic cloves and cut thin rings.
