Zombie Chocolate Shortbread Cookies

Zombie Chocolate Shortbread Cookies are a chocolate shortbread cut out like a gingerbread man and then 'chopped' up to create a zombie effect and covered in red white chocolate ganache ‘blood’.

230g Butter, softened
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence (Optional)
3/4 Cup Icing Sugar
1/4 Cup Cornflour
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Cocoa
White Chocolate Ganache;
80g White Chocolate
40mL Cream (or milk)
Blood White Chocolate Ganache;
120g White Chocolate
60mL Cream (or milk)
Few drops of red food colouring paste
