The best part of summer! Beautiful flowers are taken from the zucchini plant, beer battered with fresh basil and garlic and fried into a delicious fritter!

18-24 zucchini flowers (cleaned and dried and stems removed)
2 egg yolks
2 garlic cloves, minced finely
1/8 tsp cracked black pepper
4-5 basil leaves (fresh), sliced
1 C flour, all purpose
1 C beer
1 T milk
Salt for finishing
