Zucchini - 1 kg lightly cooked or steamed
yogurt - 1 cup 2%
mayonnaise

pepper - ground, to taste
garlic - mashed cloves

Boil zucchini 5-6 minutes Drain them and cut into cubes. Pour them with a mixture of yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, pepper.
Add the garlic and blend. Optionally add the chopped fresh dill / you can replace it with dried / and mix very well.
If blending courgettes will get a great cream spreads toast.
