6 cups of water
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 large potatoe,s cubed
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dry basil
1/2 pound ground beef
2 cups curly parsley
2 real bacon bits
salt to taste

1. Pour 6 cups of water into a pot and bring to a boil.
2. While the water is coming to a boil, brown the ground beef in a skillet and 1 tbsp of oil and then set aside.
3. Once water started boiling, add the potatoes and chopped onion and simmer until potatoes are cooked through.
4. Once the potatoes are cooked through, add the ground beef, salt, paprika, garlic powder and basil. Mix. Then add the heavy whipping cream. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes
6. Garnish each plate with parsley and real bacon bits.
